Pirin Golf Hotel & Spa, Razlog

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were very clean, but in need of refurbishment, especially the curtains and cushions. The service was adequate, but the staff could be more professional and welcoming. The location was perfect with beautiful mountain views, though it lacked some amenities. The dining experience was not up to the 5-star standard, with limited choices and quality concerns.

My stay at the hotel had some positives and negatives. The rooms were cold and not in the best condition, lacking a terrace or privacy, but they did feature an amazing bathtub and a comfortable bed. The service was extremely kind and helpful, but unfortunately, my credit card was stolen by the owners who were impolite and arrogant. The location was good with nice views and quiet surroundings, near local amenities and a golf playground, although it could have offered more facilities. The dining experience needed improvements but had a satisfying variety, especially for breakfast.
